Founded in 2005, Guanomad is the largest producer Bat Guano in Africa and Indian Ocean.

Based in Antananarivo, the main city of Madagascar, GUANOMAD is a company which specializes mainly in producing and supplying local and export (in Europe, America, Asia, Africa…) of natural fertilizers and organic manures usable in Organic Agriculture.
In 2005, Erick RAJAONARY, chartered accountant, has founded Guanomad with the deep conviction that the Bat Guano Fertilizer will become the reference in Madagascar. He is the Managing Director.

A multidisciplinary team
Our team is composed skilled technicians: Agricultural Engineers, chemical analysts, soil scientists, logistics specialists, working in close collaboration to ensure an intrinsic and exceptional quality of fertilizers.
En 2010, the staff comprises:
- 77 permanents employees,
- 800 seasonal employees.
Guanomad also works with consultants carefully and strictly selected, ensuring that their work is in accordance to the principles and objectives of the Company:

Through our research, tests and experimentation, we guarantee the intrinsic quality of our products by:
- A process production respecting the standards
- Several laboratory tests: chemical, physical microbiological
- Several tests on different types of ground and crops  

A dynamic distribution network covering the national territory
With 8 agencies covering 12 regions , and over 200 distributors and approved points of sale throughout Madagascar, we provide manures and fertilizers for producers of vanilla, spices, nuts, coconut, coffee, barley, fruits vegetables, rice cereals, ornamental plants (horticultural centers) tubers, cashew nuts, sugarcane, tobacco ...
Since our founding we work with several agricultural cooperatives NGOs and companies operating the organic label.
