
Erick RAJAONARY
Chief Executive Officer
Erick Rajaonary is a certified chartered accountant. From 1994 to 1998, he managed his accounting firm in Lyon, before returning to Madagascar in 1998 where he joined the Technical Secretariat for Privatization.
In 2006, after successful trials on the use of bat droppings (Bat Guano) as an agricultural fertilizer, he created the company GUANOMAD.
In 2013, on behalf of GUANOMAD, he received the « Small and Growing Business » Prize as part of the Africa Awards for Entrepreneurship.
Since 2014, Erick Rajaonary is called upon to intervene on the international stage and through the international press to witness the success of Guanomad and to share his experience: Annual Gathering of the Legathum Center at MIT in Boston, COMESA Forums (Zambia, Addis Ababa) , Ethiopia), Kusuntu Club Forum (Paris), Africa Techno (Johannesburg), Africa CEO Forum (Geneva), Africa Expansion Forum (Montreal), TaxCoop Forum (Geneva).
Fervent defender of the « Made in Madagascar » label, Erick Rajaonary is elected National President of the Malagasy Entrepreneurs Group (FIV.MPA.MA) in 2015. In 2017, he is re-elected for a mandate of 2 additional years. During his tenure, he set up the regional and international branches of the FIV.MPA.MA and became, in fact, the National President and President of the International Branches of the Group.
In 2016, he has represented the private sector at the Strategic Orientation Council of the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie.
